Grants

Cash grants are available to clients and organizations who apply. These grants are given to cover the cost of various requirements such as medical or dental items, sports gear and uniforms, special equipment or unique programs and services offered by other groups that will meet the needs of our clients. Campership Tuition

We offer tuition assistance to mentally retarded campers who apply to attend summer camp. These camps are approved by the Regional Center of the East Bay and their programs are designed for the special needs community. CARH is not affiliated with any of the camps. Birthday & Holiday Cards

We mail birthday cards to our clients to acknowledge their special day. In addition, holiday cards for select holidays are mailed to all of those who participate in our programs.

Dental Hygiene

In partnership with mobile dental hygienist, Darci Trill, we offer oral healthcare to clients who cannot get to a dental office. This service is free to Residential Care Facility clients who are registered with CARH Our hope is to fulfill CARH founder, Leo Guidotti's dream of providing much needed dental care to the mentally retarded. .Dental Hygiene Program; Darci Trill

Monthly Bulletin [click]

We mail out a monthly newsletter, the "CARH News Views" to careproviders, parents, agencies and other individuals interested in our programs and services. Our bulletin provides information on up coming CARH events, current legislation, volunteer opportunities and other useful information or community news. Information & Referral

We provide a referral service to Care Providers, Parents and others in order to direct them to the proper agency for assistance and support. [click]
